Personalized Self-Care Sessions
Individual: A personalized self-care session offers a mentor who will get to know how your body manifests stress and/or pain. Throughout a private 60 minute session in our studio, your mentor will offer restorative poses, aromatherapy, and mindfulness to help you reach your stress reduction goals.
Reiki: Reiki is a safe and non-invasive Japanese technique that aids in energetic healing: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Through gentle touch that channels universal life force energy, psychotherapist and Reiki practitioner, Leah Hovel, seeks to improve the flow and balance of energy of your mind and body. Enjoy stress relief and increased relaxation, and possibly some sensations like tingling or warmth in the targeted area of the body.
Couples: Add a deeper level to your partnership with a self care session designed to strengthen the bond between you and your loved one. Poses that use each other’s bodies as support and tandem breathing exercises encourage a new form of connection and bond.
Our active clients of mental health and nutrition therapy are eligible for a discounted rate of $60 for each follow up session or $75 for a couples session.
