Our fast paced society can make it difficult to carve out the time we need to engage in deeper reflection. Sage classes allow you to first settle comfortably into your body, then be guided through the deeper nooks and crannies of your mind.
Sage breaks through indecision and uncertainty and puts you on a path toward clarity. Ideal for treating anxiety and stress as mindfulness is so effectively used as a coping mechanism.
We encourage students to bring journals with them or paper will be provided. A few minutes are reserved at the end of each class to record personal insights gained.
