At Elle, we care deeply about your health and wellbeing. As we face a new world affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, please know that we are putting every consideration into place.
Guidelines for All:
- If you are feeling at all sick or have cared for anyone who has been sick, we ask that you take seriously any symptoms of illness you might be experiencing and stay home.
- The use of sanitizer is required as you walk in and is available in the reception area.
- We encourage you to wear a mask in community areas and maintain distance from others.
- Wash hands after restroom use, blowing your nose, sneezing, and coughing.
- There will be a limit of two guests in the waiting room at any given time. Should the waiting room have two people in it, we ask that you wait outside or in the outer lobby of the Point of the River building and allow your practitioner to greet you or call you and bring you back to their office for the start of your session.
- Each office is equipped with sanitizer, so that commonly touched areas such as door knobs and tables can be wiped down at the end of every session.
- We ask that you come alone to your individual session and discourage bringing a friend or family member to wait in the lobby area.
Guidelines for Therapy Practice & Nutrition:
Due to the Covid pandemic, virtual sessions with our therapists and RD will always remain an option for our current clientele and for those who wish to see a practitioner for the first time. We are proud to offer HIPAA secure video Telehealth sessions to everyone engaged in our practice, for as long as they need. Please speak to your individual therapist or RD about returning to in person sessions.
Guidelines for Massage Therapy & Acupuncture:
- Guests will have their temperature checked upon arrival with a non-touch thermometer.
- Our massage therapists are washing their hands per the CDC guidelines between every guest contact, using the restroom, blowing their nose, coughing or sneezing. Hand sanitizers are also on site.
- Our practitioners will be equipped with gloves and a mask.
- Our team will be continuously disinfecting all surfaces, including door knobs and the massage therapy table.
