MindBody Therapy Group – Anxiety

September 25th Session 1 : Intro to MindBody Therapy – Explore what it means to develop a mindbody perspective and how it can help you better understand and cope with your symptoms of anxiety.
October 9th Session 2: Developing Somatic Literacy – The most important aspect of developing a mindbody perspective is understanding what your body is trying to tell you. Here, we will examine the ways in which your body is speaking up and learn how to interpret and honor what it has to say.
October 23rd Session 3: Understanding your Window of Tolerance – Harness the power of emotional regulation as a tool for best responding and reacting to triggers of anxiety. In this session, you will get to know your Window of Tolerance and its influence over your response to symptoms of anxiety. 
In order to cultivate greater safety and connection within the group dynamic, this group requires a three session commitment. Attendance is expected for each session. All groups are on a Wednesday evening from 6-7PM.
