This group is a 3 week commitment running weekly: Wednesday, January 8th, January 15th & January 22nd
Session 1: Emily will introduce the idea of meal planning and discuss how it can serve our lives best. She will cover barriers and goals to meal planning, her nutrition framework and approach to the topic, and simple ways to structure meals and snacks.
Session 2: The group will work together on creating your personal “menus” or go-to meal ideas. We will think about different ways to plan for the week, and talk about efficient ways to grocery shop.
Session 3: Take time to reflect on how your new skills are working. Brainstorm ways to improve your meal planning processes for ongoing success.
