Protecting Empathy
Stephanie Gibart is a mental health and art therapist offering support groups that feature different ways in which women in particular struggle with their empathy.
The Compassion Fatigue Group is for professionals in the care taking fields such as nursing, teaching, and therapy, who are experiencing burnout.
We encourage group members to attend all 5 biweekly sessions. If you can not make one or two of the dates but are interested in the topic, you can request an individual session with Stephanie.
The Compassion Fatigue Therapeutic Group runs every other Monday night from 6:30-7:30pm:
Group members must pre-register and fill out intake paperwork in order to participate.
***Members of the Compassion Fatigue Therapeutic Group have the option to enhance the mental and emotional work they will take on in group therapy by adding on our yoga/movement series in our studio.
The Compassion Fatigue Studio Series is tailored specifically for moving from exhaustion and burnout to balance and empowerment. It has the potential to produce powerful results in your healing journey. An opportunity to build physical coping mechanisms to stressors and a healthier outlook toward your chosen career. It is strictly reserved for members of the Compassion Fatigue group.
This Studio Series is offered on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm:

- March 4th – Alchemizing Your Energy
- March 18th – Releasing Tension & Creating Space
- April 1st – Honoring New Boundaries
