We experience many losses over the course of our lives. How we grieve those losses affects every aspect of our well-being. This support group is a safe place to enter on your journey through grief, whether you are navigating a new or old loss, or multiple losses.
The human condition has shown us throughout time that great pain and suffering can often be transformed into meaningful growth.
Loss and grief have a lot to teach us, learnings that forever change us. What you do with grief is your choice. This group will help you to seek healthy forms of grieving, growth, and healing.
