Using Insurance

Do you accept my health insurance?

Our therapists accept clients with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem Medicaid, Cigna (Evernorth Behavioral Health), United Healthcare/UMR, All Savers & Medica, Health Payment Systems and Aetna.

If we are not in network with your insurance plan, you can still work with us through our self pay rates of $175 for the initial session and $150 for each follow up session for individual sessions.

What will my sessions cost?

If using insurance, that depends on your individual insurance benefit plan. We ask that before your first session, you call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask about your mental health benefits. Your insurance provider will tell you if you have a deductible and/or co-pay. You can also reach out to us and we will help you gain an understanding of your individual insurance coverage.

I have a deductible, what will my sessions cost?

After each session, Elle Studio + Wellness will submit a claim to your insurance company. It can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks for this claim to be processed. If you have a deductible, your insurance determines the rate at which you will be charged for your session. This rate ranges anywhere from $108-$141 per session, depending on your insurance type.

When will I receive a statement?

Elle Studio + Wellness requires you to have a valid credit/debit/HSA/FSA card on file at all times and automatically enrolls you into a monthly Auto Draft Program. This means that on the 15th of the month or next business day, your card will be charged any outstanding balance that accrued since the previous month.

Self Pay Pricing

The first talk therapy appointment is an intake session for $175. Follow up sessions are $150. Self pay rates for couples and families are $200 for the initial evaluation and $175 for all follow up sessions. Learn more about Good Faith Estimates.

Policies & Procedures

Should your card be declined for any reason at Auto Draft, you will have 7 days to resolve the issue before therapy is paused.

An outstanding balance might consist of any copays due, full session amounts due to deductible, self pay rate, and/or any late cancellation charges. 

Elle Studio + Wellness has a Late Cancellation Policy in which you will be charged $75 if you have not given a minimum 24 hour notice of cancellation and $125 if you miss your appointment, without notice. 

Should you need your auto draft payment to be deducted on a different date of the month, simply let us know, and we will set that up for you.
