Coming March 2025
Body Acceptance will be led monthly by our psychotherapist, Megan Brockman alongside a second group led by our registered dietitian, Samantha Totsky. In this way, Body Acceptance group members can choose between a therapeutic perspective and a nutrition perspective.
The Body Acceptance Group is designed to create a weight inclusive community for individuals of all body sizes and genders. Those who struggle with poor body image, eating disorders or chronic dieting will be given an opportunity to explore emotions about their body.

Health at Every Size & Intuitive Eating / Mindfulness / Distress tolerance skills / Weight stigma & discrimination / Self-compassion / Cognitive flexibility / Body neutrality / Cultural influences / Interpersonal relationship & self-advocacy / Joyful movement
