MindBody Therapy is an opportunity to develop a greater understanding of how mental health issues influence and impact your connection to your body.
This group series will focus on coping skills for anxiety. Anxiety makes you feel out of control with symptoms of a racing heart, sweaty palms, rapid thinking, and shallow breathing. The experience of a panic attack or a constant feeling of dread derails your ability to reach your fullest potential. Learn how to challenge these symptoms by tapping into the wisdom of your body.
MindBody Therapy takes place on the floor—utilizing bolsters, pillows, blankets, and yoga mats. It is led by Elle’s bodywork practitioner, Kristen, who will give you space to process the struggles anxiety has presented throughout your personal history as well as how it manifests in your day to day.
