Emily is a Registered Dietitian who guides clients in exploring and restoring their relationship with food, finding balance in health, and eating in sustainable and enjoyable ways. She sees clients with a variety of nutrition needs and concerns, and utilizes a weight-inclusive framework to help clients make informed and satisfying nutrition choices.
