Who inspires me:

I am inspired most by those who listen to their own inner truth and authenticity. More so, I am inspired by those who continue to explore and practice curiosity, even in moments of darkness or uncertainty. I am deeply moved by the act of embracing our shadows, the parts we feel shame and helplessness towards, and bringing them into greater integration with our whole self. It is my goal as a provider to help illuminate those shadows, help you access your own internal wisdom and empower you to bring all your different fragments back into alignment.
